Baked-in flavor

When it comes to doggie treats, the nastier they are, the more my dogs love them. For example, my dogs will calmly nibble on “real” food like bread or peanut butter. But if I throw a day-old dead rotting squirrel carcass their way, they’ll devour it without stopping to chew.
That’s why, if asked, I would do commercials for Meaty Bone treats. They contain so many chemicals, preservatives and artificial ingredients that my dogs just can’t get enough of them! And I love that the Meaty Bone company actually has to emphasize the “Baked-in meaty flavor!” Ugh…yes, that’s right…the treats contain no actual taste on their own, so the flavor has to be baked into them.
Somehow I just can’t help but think that all that junk can’t be good for my dogs. So when their organs liquify in a few years, I’m counting on you, the faithful five readers of braimee.com, to raise enough money for me to hire a good lawyer to bring down Meaty Bone once and for all!
